Prices are for the apartment, per week - not per person.

* 10% off total cost if your booking is more than 12 months from holiday start date

* 10% off total cost if your booking is less than 2 weeks from holiday start date

Repeat Bookings - reduce the prices above by 10% if you have stayed with us before!

Changeover days are flexible - please check our Availability Calendar first and contact us with your requested dates.

Special rates are available for longer stays - please contact us for details.

We will reserve your chosen dates for three days with no obligation, to enable you to book flights. Please do not book any flights until you have received email confirmation from us that the dates are still available.  We will also email you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions, to be returned to us with your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost. If you are unable to find any suitable flights, or you've simply changed your mind, just let us know and we'll release the dates.

We will also ask for £100 as a security deposit, to be sent with the balance of your payment eight weeks before travel. We will refund the £100 upon confirmation from our cleaning company that everything is in order and that there were no additional laundry or cleaning charges incurred.

We can also arrange for the similar-sized apartment next door to be rented at the same time, subject to availability - ideal for larger groups or families!

The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free.
